Job summary

Danos is seeking a wellsite manager/supervisor to direct day-to-day operations of rig contractors and third parties at the Minot site. The role requires 8–10 years of inspection experience in oil and gas, leadership skills, and a current well control certificate.

You will ensure safe practices, regulatory compliance, and provide reports to engineers. Responsibilities include overseeing completion and workover activities, preparing briefs, monitoring AFEs, and assisting in design and optimization

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of inspection experience in Oil & Gas.
• Exposure to completion ops: wireline, fishing, TCP, pump-down.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong supervisory skills.
• Current well control certification and compliance with OSHA/EPA regs.
• Knowledge of area regulations and on-site compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of rig contractors and third parties.
• Ensure safe practices and regulatory compliance on site.
• Act as company representative and supervise personnel.
• Assist design of completion programs and fracture treatments.
• Prepare briefs and reports; monitor AFEs and expenditures.
• Review daily well production for optimization; support engineering team.
