Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a wellsite manager/supervisor to direct daily operations on the site in North Dakota. You will represent the company on location, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate engineering support for completion programs and workovers.

The role requires extensive oilfield experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in reporting and well operations. This position is onsite in Minot with the usual field duties and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of inspection experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience in completion operations including wireline, fishing, pressure pumping, TCP, pump-down operations
• Demonstrated leader with strong management, supervisory, and communication skills
• Possession of current well control certificate
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA Health & Safety regulations
• Working knowledge of area regulations and compliance requirements
• Education/Experience: Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements

Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day operational activities of the well site and act as company representative
• Follow safe operating practices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in engineering design of completion programs and fracture treatments
• Ensure operations follow best oilfield practices and company standards
• Provide timely reports to engineers via WellView and other software
• Prepare well workover briefs for site supervisors
• Monitor AFEs and expenditures against budgets and compute economic justifications
• Review daily well production to optimize productivity
• Support engineering team on completion designs, workovers, and facility modifications
