Ohio Laser, Inc. seeks a fabrication supervisor to lead daily welding operations and a skilled team. You will assign tasks, inspect welds, enforce safety, and ensure quality and efficiency in production.
You will mentor welders, maintain WPS, manage materials and tools, and uphold safety and industry standards. Strong leadership and technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.
A fabrication supervisor manages daily welding operations, leading a team to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient production by assigning tasks, inspecting weld, enforcing safety, training staff, managing resources and ensuring compliance with industry codes (like AWS/ASME) and project specifications.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in welding and fabrication. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
