Our projects team is seeking a Foreman level Welder and Pipefitter to join us! You will collaborate closely with the Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent to ensure the successful delivery of projects, prioritizing safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage manpower and tools for resource efficiency
• Lead installation of equipment and piping using various materials and techniques
• Select appropriate equipment and welding methods based on metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
• Perform welding using electric, gas, arc (SMAW), MIG, TIG, STICK, or other methods
• Develop corrective plans for customer issues and ensure future success

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, administrative, and analytical skills
• OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of BOCA and OSHA safety standards
• Experience with pipe welding on HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
• Ability to work precisely from drawings, submittals, and specifications
