Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of welding personnel.
• Assign work tasks and monitor workflow to meet schedules.
• Perform welding/fabrication using MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core processes.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, specs, and work orders.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Inspect welds and finished products for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance.
• Monitor safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teams on project needs.
• Maintain welding equipment and shop machinery.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, and safety improvements.
• Assist with material planning and inventory control.
• Complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation.
