Job summary

Leigh & Co. Events is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator to provide wedding planning services in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This contract role offers flexibility with the schedule, requiring work primarily onsite during weekends. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in wedding or event planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage full wedding day execution. Training is provided, and compensation is $350 for 10-12 hours of work per project.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
