Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint/Web Portal lead to oversee contractor web and SharePoint support across CNSP's public websites and secure portals.

You will manage SharePoint administration, information architecture, and enterprise content management, while developing front-end customizations (HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript) and automating workflows with Power Automate in DoD network environments, requiring a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in business process analysis, knowledge management solutions, UI development and business logic implementation.
• At least five years of SharePoint administration, site architecture and enterprise content management.
• At least five years using HTML5, CSS3, JSON and basic JavaScript for web/SharePoint customization.
• Recent experience designing and supporting customized SharePoint workflows and automation.
• Experience with regulated DoD networks and strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor web/SharePoint support; assign tasks and review deliverables.
• Administer SharePoint site collections, permissions, security groups and information architecture.
• Maintain SharePoint 2013, InfoPath, Visio, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Develop responsive front-end customizations using HTML5, CSS3, JSON and JavaScript; ensure browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Design and support SharePoint workflows and automation, including Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable solutions; resolve access and rendering issues.
• Support management of 100+ public websites and NIPRNet/SIPRNet portals; provide training and help desk support.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, OPSEC and Section 508.
