Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks a full-time Web Operations & SharePoint Team Lead to guide the CNSP public website, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet collaboration environments from San Diego.

You will supervise the SharePoint/web support team and drive knowledge-management, site architecture, and automation initiatives. Responsibilities include directing workload, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring cybersecurity and access-control compliance across DoD networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities for a SharePoint/web team.
• Experience administering SharePoint and enterprise content-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a contractor SharePoint and web support team; assign workload and review work.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and coordinate with government stakeholders.
• Administer SharePoint site collections, permissions, and content-management functions.
• Design and implement web interfaces using HTML/CSS/JSON and JavaScript.
• Create Power Platform workflows and automations; support DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for diverse audiences.
