Chime is seeking a Web Experience Visual Designer to elevate the Chime.com web experience. You will drive the visual vision and execution of user-centric designs, grounded in accessibility and performance, aligned with brand integrity.

You’ll lead cross-functional design efforts, mentor designers and writers, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to shape intuitive, high-performing web journeys that meet user and business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of visual or product design for web, responsive platforms.
Strong portfolio with interactions and end-to-end flows.

Responsibilities

Lead visual and experience design from concept to implementation for high-impact web projects.
Translate business requirements into accessible, visually compelling experiences.
Collaborate with marketers, product, developers, brand strategists, and copywriters.
Drive design systems usage for consistency and scalability.
Champion WCAG/AA accessibility across web initiatives.
Guide user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
Mentor junior designers and content specialists.
Develop UX/UI standards and collaborative processes.
Stay up-to-date with web trends and tools.
