Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Lead Web Designer to set the visual standard for our website, landing pages, and digital platforms. You will lead complex projects from concept to mockup and collaborate closely with the Art Director and UX/Technical Designer.

You should bring a strong portfolio with modern interfaces, deep UI and UX instincts, and fluency in Figma and Adobe tools. The role supports flexible, hybrid work arrangements and a dynamic, innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong web design portfolio with a wow factor.
• Deep UI skills: typography, color, layout, design systems.
• UX thinking: usability and flows for enterprise clients.
• Design for a specific B2B audience, not generic users.
• Ability to guide stakeholders and defend design decisions.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Experience with PPC landing pages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma for design systems and handoff.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects / Premiere and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and modern web effects.

Responsibilities

• Wow-level design for website, landing pages, and platforms.
• Independently drive Tier-1 projects from concept to mockup.
