Job summary

Persona is seeking a Lead Web Designer to join our Brand Studio and shape our website and consumer-facing experiences. You will lead design exploration, set the bar for craft, and drive a cross-functional collaboration across engineering and marketing.

With a rebrand underway, you will influence the visual system at a foundational moment and help Persona scale its digital presence and impact.

Qualifications

• Standout interactive portfolio reflecting narrative, craft and technology.
• 10+ years of website design and digital experience work in agency or in-house settings.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to translate principles into intuitive experiences.
• Ability to build cohesive visual systems and scalable design processes.
• Self-directed across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver category-defining digital experiences across marketing website and touchpoints.
• Lead the redesign of the upcoming marketing website from strategy to implementation and stewardship.
• Collaborate with the web team to support day-to-day site needs and iterative improvements.
• Champion new design and build processes, using prototyping and AI tools to realize ideas.
• Foster a culture of feedback among designers, partners and executives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Persona's brand and steer its visual direction.
