Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd is seeking a Freelance Digital Designer focused on web design to deliver high-craft, responsive sites for a range of brands. You’ll own projects from concept to production, partnering with directors, strategists and developers in a modern front-end stack.

You should be fluent in Figma, able to articulate decisions, and bring motion, interaction and animation into the core experience. A strong portfolio and comfort with Webflow are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Portfolio weighted toward high-craft, responsive sites.
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable taking work from concept to production.
• Able to collaborate with developers in modern front-end stacks.
• Strong typography, layout and hierarchy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand identities into digital experiences—layouts, wireframes, prototypes, polished UI for desktop and mobile.
• Own projects from concept through production-ready delivery and defend design decisions.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists and developers through refinement and production.
• Treat interaction, motion and animation as core elements, not afterthoughts.
