Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a freelance designer who moves fluidly between static and motion, collaborating with strategy, copy, and account teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. You will work across B2B tech, beauty, education, and hospitality clients, adapting voice and visuals per brand while maintaining a strong, distinct point of view.

You’ll contribute to concepting and execution across brand, digital, social, and campaign work, ensuring motion remains a core, not a standalone

Creative forward digital design agency is looking for a Freelance Designer who moves fluidly between static and motion and who wants to be genuinely in the work with a team, not just delivering assets in isolation.

You’ll partner across a range of clients spanning B2B tech, beauty, education & hospitality, bringing a distinct point of view to each while staying flexible enough to shift voice and visual language from brand to brand.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and execute across brand, digital, social, and campaign work
• Move comfortably between static design and motion, motion should be at a moderate level or above, not a separate specialty you rarely touch
• Bring visual direction to life across a variety of industries: tech, beauty, education, and hospitality
• Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and account teams rather than working in a silo
• Present ideas clearly and take feedback well, this is a team-oriented seat, not a solo one
• Adapt your approach client to client while keeping the work sharp and intentional

What You Bring

• A multidisciplinary portfolio showing strong static design plus motion work, at least moderate proficiency in tools like After Effects - Digital portfolio REQUIRED to be considered.
• Experience working across varied industries or client types, comfortable adjusting tone and visual language accordingly
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• A collaborative mindset, you’re looking to be part of a team’s process, not just handed a brief and left alone
• Strong communication skills and the ability to talk through your creative decisions
• Availability for ongoing freelance engagement
