Job summary

Persona is seeking a Lead Web Designer to define and build our website and consumer-facing digital experiences. You’ll lead exploration and set the bar for craft, precision, and scale, shaping our visual system during a pivotal rebrand.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage projects of varying scope, and drive design from concept to production-ready files using Adobe CC, Figma, and emerging AI tools for faster iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong UX instincts and ability to translate principles into intuitive experiences.
• A standout portfolio reflecting narrative, craft, and technology.
• Experience building cohesive visual systems across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver category-defining digital experiences across marketing website and related touchpoints.
• Lead the redesign of the marketing website from strategy through design, implementation and stewardship.
• Partner with the web team to enable iterative development for today's needs.
• Champion modern design and build processes, leveraging AI tools to move concepts beyond the brief.
• Foster a culture of feedback and collaboration among designers, stakeholders, and executives.
• Develop and maintain Persona’s brand through scalable design decisions.
