Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking a Wealth Manager to join an established Olympia, WA wealth-management practice. You will transition from service to lead advisor, learning an existing client base with HNW households.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, provide financial planning and investment guidance, and work toward growing AUM while collaborating with the team. On-site work in Olympia is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
• Experience advising HNW clients on planning and wealth-management strategies.
• Active Series 65 or 66 license is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing HNW clients and prospects.
• Support transition and learn established client base through onboarding with leadership.
• Take ownership of a significant portion of the client base over time.
