Leah Yosef International in Portland, OR seeks a Market Leader as Lead Wealth Advisor to guide complex UHNW client relationships and mentor eight Wealth Advisors. The role drives organic growth and integration of acquired practices, with equity opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading wealth management teams serving UHNW clients.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Track record of driving growth and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-billion dollar team of 8 Wealth Advisors delivering best-in-class service to high-net-worth clients.
• Act as Lead Wealth Advisor for a group of complex UHNW clients.
• Identify and manage cultural integration of acquired practices.
• Collaborate with business development to build region via referrals and centers of influence.
• Participate in regional/executive leadership through committees and initiatives.
• Support a generous compensation package with base salary, bonuses, incentives and equity ownership.
