Laird Norton Wetherby (LNW) is seeking a full-time Wealth Manager to join our Seattle team. The role involves delivering bespoke wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth clients, coordinating with partners, analysts, and specialists, and leading client engagements in a family-office style partnership.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (minimum 2 days on-site, up to 3 remote), with a competitive compensation range of $150,000–$240,000 plus meaningful annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management serving UHNW clients.
• Series 65 or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Foster trusted, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Lead and coordinate wealth management and financial planning initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing service delivery to clients.
• Communicate proactively with clients and coordinate with internal specialists.
