Job summary

Empower is seeking a Lead Workplace Planning & Stock Plan Participants Services Associate to handle escalated calls, monitor quality, review Best Interest Profile, and coach associates within the multi-site Investment Service team.

In partnership with leadership, you will ensure regulatory compliance, participant-focused service, and wealth management conversations including cross selling and tax-exempt strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• FINRA registrations (7, 24, 63, 65) and fingerprinting required.
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls, research situations, and provide timely resolution with supervisory coaching.
• Coordinate requests for research and follow-up to ensure complete resolution.
• Coach associates on cross selling, wealth management, and tax-exempt strategies.
