Job summary

Brighton Jones seeks a Lead Advisor to guide high-net-worth clients in Fort Lauderdale as it expands its presence. You will act as a trusted Personal CFO, delivering comprehensive wealth plans and collaborating with a national team.

The role requires CFP® (or equivalent) and 6+ years in financial planning, with remote work flexibility until a local office space is secured. Competitive compensation and equity opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• CFP®, CPA, CFA or JD; Series 65 (or equivalent) within 120 days of employment.
• 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as Personal CFO and design the Life Plan.
• Leverage resources for Investment, Estate, Tax, Risk, and General Planning.
• Communicate Brighton Jones value proposition to prospective clients.
• Develop and expand relationships within the community.
• Build relationships with custodial branches and the national team.
• Represent Brighton Jones at events and public speaking engagements.
• Lead a local service team with focus on client satisfaction.
