Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial and/or estate planning experience.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, and investment planning.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Personal CFO for clients and manages their wealth management plan.
• Leads a local service team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
• Supports business development in new client acquisition.
