Job summary

Brighton Jones, a leading wealth management firm expanding to St. Louis, seeks a Lead Advisor who can own client relationships and design comprehensive Life Plans.

You will leverage internal teams to deliver estate, tax, retirement and investment strategies while building community connections. The role demands 6+ years of experience, a four-year degree, and a professional designation (CFP/CPA/CFA/JD) with Series 65 if needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree is required.
• CFP®, CPA, CFA, or JD required; if CFP is not held, must obtain Series 65 within 120 days of employment.
• 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
• Unquestioned integrity, high motivation, self-starter with strong organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Remote until office space is secured; full-time exempt position with flexible, work‑from‑office culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and deliver an exceptional wealth management experience; design and manage comprehensive Life Plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning.
• Proactively expand relationships within the community and with custodial retail branches in collaboration with the national team.
• Represent Brighton Jones at public speaking events and community engagements; ensure client retention and high satisfaction.
