Brighton Jones is expanding to new markets and seeks Lead Advisors with CFP® and a passion for helping clients live richer lives. As part of our mission, you’ll be a Personal CFO, guiding clients through comprehensive life plans and coordinating with our centralized teams.

You’ll work in a remote capacity initially with a path to an office, joining a culture that values growth, teamwork, and community impact while offering substantial compensation and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree is required.
• CFP®, CPA®, CFA® or JD designation is required; if CFP® is not held, Series 65 must be obtained within 120 days.
• 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning work.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
• Unquestioned integrity in personal and professional activities.
• Strong motivation with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with excellent organization, leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Personal CFO for existing and new clients; leads client relationships and designs/implements/monitors Life Plan.
• Leverages resources to achieve client objectives across Investment, Estate, Tax, Risk and General Planning.
• Communicates Brighton Jones' value proposition to prospective clients as their trusted advisor.
• Proactively develops and expands relationships within the community.
• Cultivates relationships with custodial retail branches with the national team.
• Creates opportunities and represents Brighton Jones at public speaking events and community events.
• Leads a local service team to ensure high client retention and remarkable service.
