Brighton Jones is seeking a Lead Advisor for the Tampa Bay area to manage client relationships and deliver personalized wealth management plans. You will lead a local service team, collaborate with specialists, and expand the firm’s presence in the community.

The role emphasizes fiduciary client service, cross-disciplinary planning, and a flexible work setup as the company scales its local footprint.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• CFP, CPA, CFA, or JD; if not CFP, must obtain Series 65 within 120 days of employment.
• 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning work.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash-flow planning analysis.
• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Personal CFO for existing and new clients, delivering tailored wealth plans.
• Lead client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with Investment Management, Estate & Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning.
• Expand community relationships and represent the firm at events.
• Develop a local service team and ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with custodial retail branches and national teams.
