Lead Wealth Advisor | Louisville, Kentucky

Judson Group has been retained by a $2.5B wealth management firm in the search for a Lead Wealth Advisor to service an existing book of clients and be the face of the organization in the local community. The position has responsibility for managing client relationships and formulating and implementing advice. Additionally, responsibility for leading the firm’s new client expansion effort in the Louisville market, with day-to-day responsibilities including generating and servicing new and existing clients.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a driven advisor to join a growing firm that offers high-end client service, customized portfolios, and advanced financial planning. A client-focused advisor who demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables would thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide objective, unbiased financial advice to a diverse mix of clients by analyzing investment opportunities and client needs
  • Develop and manage client relationships, including ongoing client contact and communication
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings
  • Client service, including planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews
  • Client asset management, including coordination of complete financial planning and wealth management
  • Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing activities to drive new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • Designations including CFP, CFA, CPA, MBA highly preferred
  • Experience working with financial planning software, CRM, portfolio management and document management software
  • Deep understanding of RIA channel and independent financial advice delivery channel
  • Knowledge of the financial planning process, related services and client servicing needs
  • Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
