Job summary

Nabholz Corporation is hiring a Project Superintendent in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves full responsibility for onsite production of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The Superintendent will direct craftspeople and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, particularly in water/wastewater projects. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a strong understanding of construction methods and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervision in commercial construction, preferably heavy civil or utility.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment and underground utilities is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large groups of craftspeople and subcontractor crews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, including OSHA regulations.
• Plan and supervise crew activities for water/wastewater construction.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications.
