Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee wastewater and water treatment projects. The role requires managing day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in wastewater and water treatment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater and water treatment processes, construction methods, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of wastewater and water treatment projects from start to finish.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators for efficient execution.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop schedules, monitor progress, and control costs to stay within budget.
• Communication: Serve as primary contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues to avoid delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and progress photos.
