Job summary

PC Construction seeks a qualified candidate to lead wastewater treatment plant projects in Central Florida as a key project manager. The role involves directing project execution, controlling budget outcomes, and coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams to meet schedule commitments.

Ideal candidates will hold an engineering degree and have at least five years of experience in large CMAR water/wastewater construction, ensuring project success and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in wastewater treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Contact vendors and suppliers for pricing information.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors.
• Perform scope and price reviews to ensure complete coverage of the work.
• Review subcontractor quotes regarding scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders in CMiC.
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
• Manage bid package addenda and update logs.
