Qualifications

• Three years of satisfactory full-time mechanical experience in plumbing or in water use inspection, one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Direct Borough-wide Water Use Inspection Programs by assigning, supervising, counseling and evaluating inspectors.
• Review service orders, permits, and dispatch Hansen tasks; issue warnings/violations as needed in UMAX.
• Coordinate with the Chief and managers to create and execute service orders; assist in key account inspections.
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints in the field; enforce DEP rules and EH&S policies.
