Qualifikationen

• Three years of satisfactory full-time mechanical experience in plumbing or in water use inspection, one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule and direct work of a group of assigned employees; train subordinates and provide supervision.
• Coordinate and oversee special AMI and meter replacement projects.
• Conduct field inspections for evidence of meter defects and tampering; issue violations and perform minor meter repairs.
• Assist in preparing violation reports and review meter reading records for inaccuracies; provide testimony before the Environmental Control Board.
• Direct moderate sized Borough-wide Water Use Inspection Programs and review work of inspectorial staff.
• Drive a motor vehicle.
