Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a Lead Water Treatment Operator for the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. This role oversees daily operations, mentors junior staff, and ensures treatment efficiency across three trains with 670 gpm each.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NH Grade 3T license preferred or able to achieve Full status.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SCADA, Word, Excel and maintenance management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and drive a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the water treatment facility equipment and processes.
• Monitor SCADA and adjust controls to maintain compliance.
• Mentor and oversee junior operators and trainees.
• Perform routine lab analyses and data entry for reporting.
