Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Water Lead Operator to supervise daily plant operations and lead a team of operators. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient water treatment processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida Class A Water Treatment Plant Operator License (or reciprocity) and prior supervisory experience, with readiness to manage shifts and coordinate maintenance and testing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; advanced degree study preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Florida Class A Water Treatment Plant Operator License or ability to receive through reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support plant operators during assigned shifts.
• Review operational data and plant performance with supervisory staff.
• Ensure water treatment processes operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
• Respond to operational issues and adjust processes as needed.
