Toho Water Authority seeks a skilled Treatment Operator Lead to ensure smooth wastewater reclamation facility operations. You will lead daily plant tours, monitor pressures and residuals, and manage work orders, budgeting, and regulatory reporting.

The role requires a Florida Wastewater Operator License, a Florida Class E Driver's License, and at least three years' relevant experience, plus willingness to be on standby rotation. Health benefits and retirement plans are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater reclamation facility daily.
• Review and manage work orders, repairs, and purchases.
• Maintain chemical inventory and facility records.
• Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met (DMRs, inspections).
• Coordinate with supervisor on budget requests and staffing.
