Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership of multiple crews and the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor work orders.
• Oversee field operations and coordinate with City Garage for yard activities and vehicle use.
• Review timesheets and conduct performance reviews; assign daily tasks and manage personnel.
• Ensure safety, OSHA standards, and training; promote safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple crews, plan work and monitor orders.
• Coordinate yard operations and vehicle usage with City Garage.
• Review timesheets, manage leave requests, and perform performance appraisals.
• Schedule daily tasks and direct personnel to complete projects efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors and customers for installations and repairs of pumps, meters, valves, hydrants, and SCADA interfaces.
