Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Water System Project Engineer to lead the construction, engineering coordination, and commissioning of an advanced industrial water reclamation system. You will balance hands-on field work with design review and project management within a 24/7 environment.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years’ experience in water/wastewater systems. Global training opportunities at TSMC HQ in Taiwan are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial water/wastewater systems.
• Experience in construction supervision and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field construction, piping installation, and commissioning of water systems.
• Own construction schedules, inspection checklists, and quality control protocols.
• Serve as central engineering link between partners, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support system start-up, pressure/leak testing, and functional testing of pumps and treatment equipment.
• Manage local specialty subcontractors to ensure safety and engineering compliance.
