Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our F21 IRWP project in Phoenix, Arizona. You will participate in the design and construction of a state-of-the-art industrial water reclamation plant, supporting 24/7 operations.

You will work with engineers of record, GC’s, and vendors, manage permits, and help drive the master schedule, with a focus on safety, QA/QC, and on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in building industrial water/wastewater projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety-first approaches and ensure operations meet safety standards.
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning of the IRWP across all phases.
• Plan, schedule, and survey work in place according to plan.
• Review constructability, technical designs, and contract documents.
• Evaluate submittals, RFIs, estimates, and proposals.
• Benchmark progress against baselines and drive critical path completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage permitting, inspections, proposals, unit-price estimates, QC processes, and milestones.
• Address technical challenges with innovative solutions for project success.
• Foster cross-team communication and resolve field issues to meet goals.
