Job summary

RestoPros of North Metro Atlanta is seeking a Lead Water Restoration Technician to perform water mitigation on residential properties and supervise a growing team. You will explain mitigation and contents processes to customers, manage schedules, and ensure work meets industry standards.

The role requires strong customer service, construction/tech tools experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Focus on excellent customer service.
• Contact homeowners or business owners to schedule walks-through.
• Follow up with appointments, emails, and correspondence.
• Obtain signed work authorization and COS before starting or finishing projects.
• Manage projects and jobs.
• Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation per specs and protocols.
• Act as primary contact for customers and insurance agents.
• Ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Write estimates in designated software.
• Leave job sites clean and orderly.
• Document job loss descriptions and photos in our systems.
• Generate and verify daily schedule and progress.
• Inspect jobs at various stages for standards and compliance.
• Develop moisture mapping and drying-logs.
• Maintain truck, warehouse and equipment; stay organized.
• Develop and supervise a growing restoration team.
