Job summary

Revive Restoration is seeking a Lead Water Restoration Technician to guide emergency response and complete restoration projects from water and flood damage to mold remediation. You will lead a skilled crew, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality results for homes and businesses.

You’ll conduct inspections, manage timelines, and communicate with owners, insurers, and team members while using Xactimate and restoration software.

Qualifications

Experience in water damage restoration and the restoration industry.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage crews in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of safety standards, mold remediation procedures, water mitigation practices, and asbestos abatement protocols.
Ability to operate restoration equipment, construction tools, and company vehicles.
Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating and project management software.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Construction, demolition, or rebuilding experience is a plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment, climbing, crawling, and working in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring restoration technicians in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responding to emergency water damage, flooding, mold remediation, fire damage, and asbestos-related restoration projects.
Conducting detailed site inspections and assessments to determine scope of work, restoration strategies, and project timelines.
Operating restoration equipment, power tools, hand tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and company vehicles safely and effectively.
Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, PPE requirements, respiratory protection standards, and hazardous material handling procedures.
Creating project documentation, estimates, and insurance-related reports using Xactimate and other restoration software.
Communicating professionally with property owners, insurance representatives, and team members throughout the restoration process.
Coordinating resources, scheduling work, and maintaining clear project expectations from start to finish.
Participating in an on-call rotation to provide rapid emergency response when customers need us most.
