Job summary

RK&K seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead and deliver complex water resources projects across our footprint. You will design stormwater facilities, perform hydrology/hydraulics tasks, and prepare permit applications in coordination with other disciplines.

The role requires an engineering degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a PA PE license or plan to obtain within 12 months. Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and GIS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar field.
• 8–12 years of experience in civil water resources or transportation engineering.
• PA PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with MicroStation/AutoCAD and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage subcontractors, develop scope, schedule and budgets.
• Design stormwater management facilities for public works, commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
• Prepare permit applications for oversight agencies and prepare design reports and memos.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and deliver a wide range of water resources projects on time and within budget.
