RK&K is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead drainage, stormwater, hydraulics, watershed studies, and stream restoration across its project portfolio. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while delivering innovative designs and maintaining client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 8–12 years of experience and PA PE eligibility. Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, GIS, and permit processes is expected.

Competenze

• BS. in Civil / Environmental Engineering or similar field
• 8-12 years of experience in a similar role - civil water resources or transportation engineering
• Pennsylvania PE or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Experience with MicroStation/AutoCAD and GIS

Mansioni

• Develop, evaluate, and design stormwater management facilities for public works, commercial, industrial, or residential projects
• Operate as a subject matter expert in water resources design and analysis
• Prepare permit applications for oversight agencies addressing environmental issues and conditions
• Develop project scope, schedule and budgets, lead projects, and manage subcontractors
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, design reports, and technical memos
• Work with other disciplines on design challenges
• Deliver a wide range of water resource projects including drainage design and flood studies
• Provide excellent client services with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Develop Civil 3D/MicroStation/OpenRoads/GIS based designs compliant with standards
• Lead tasks, plan budgets, manage subcontractors
