Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Mitigation Technician to lead on-site water mitigation projects, manage technicians, and ensure safety and quality per IICRC standards. The role focuses on timely completion, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction while identifying additional service opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in water mitigation, strong communication, and the ability to guide crews on active job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience required.
• IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Water Mitigation Execution: perform all aspects of water mitigation including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup.
• Sales Communication: identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers.
• Job Site Management: lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow.
• Compliance & Documentation: use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and complete documentation daily.
• SOP & Safety Compliance: enforce company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Vehicle Operation: operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Customer Service: act as the on-site point of contact for clients.
