Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience required.
• IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends/on-call.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Water mitigation execution including setup, moisture mapping, and cleanup.
• Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers.
• Lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow.
• Use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and document daily.
• Enforce company SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients.
