Job summary

Power Dry is hiring a Lead Water Mitigation Technician in Columbus, OH. The role involves leading a team on mitigation projects, overseeing sites from setup to completion, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will monitor drying equipment, document work, and maintain strong customer communication. Prior supervisory experience and IICRC WRT preferred. Full-time, with comprehensive benefits and year-round work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation or carpentry.
• Lead/crew chief or supervisory experience in restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians on mitigation projects.
• Oversee job sites from setup through completion.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers).
• Perform demolition of water- and fire-damaged materials as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
