Job summary

PuroSystems LLC is seeking a Lead Water Mitigation Technician in Chandler, AZ. You will lead water extraction, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and documentation while mentoring field technicians. Professional communication with customers is essential.

Requirements include water mitigation experience, WRT preferred, and a clean driving record. On-call rotation and advancement opportunities are available.

• Water extraction and emergency response

What We're Looking For

• Previous water mitigation experience required
• WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred
• ASD (Applied Structural Drying) a plus
• Moisture mapping experience
• Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a field environment
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
