Job summary

PuroClean of Lawrenceville is seeking a Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. You will oversee water extraction, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and job documentation, while mentoring field technicians and upholding IICRC standards.

• Equipment setup, placement, and daily monitoring.

• Controlled demolition as needed.
• Daily job documentation (Encircle and related platforms).
• Clear, professional communication with customers.

• You are not willing to participate in an on-call rotation.

Interview Dress Code

What We're Looking For

• Previous water mitigation experience required
• WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred
• ASD (Applied Structural Drying) a plus
• Moisture mapping experience
• Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a field environment
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
