PuroClean of Lawrenceville and PuroClean Chamblee seek a Lead Water Mitigation Technician to manage water extraction, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and on-site leadership. You will mentor field technicians, document progress, and ensure adherence to IICRC standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Water mitigation experience is required.
• WRT certification preferred.
• ASD is a plus.
• Experience with moisture mapping is preferred.
• Familiarity with Encircle or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and emergency response.
• Equipment setup, placement, and daily monitoring.
• Moisture mapping and documentation.
• Controlled demolition as needed.
• Daily job documentation (Encircle and related platforms).
• Clear, professional communication with customers.
• Mentoring and leading field technicians.
• Equipment maintenance and care.
• Following IICRC standards and best practices.
• Emergency on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous water mitigation experience required
• WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred
