Power Dry is seeking a Water Mitigation Crew Chief in the Des Moines/Ankeny area. You will lead restoration crews on residential and commercial sites, guiding mitigation efforts for water, sewage, and property damage while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, weathering overtime expectations, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing emergency restoration team in the Des Moines market.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or mitigation preferred.
• Willing to lead and train a field crew.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned crew members on restoration job sites
• Assess water and sewage damage and determine mitigation steps
• Perform water extraction, mitigation, and structural drying
• Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying equipment
• Demonstrate safety and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate project progress with customers
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites
• Assist with mold remediation as needed
• Take ownership from initial response to completion
