Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related field preferred.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Supervise and work alongside technicians to complete job projects from start to finish.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs on job sites for quality and safety.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters.
