Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, and/or carpentry.
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within the restoration industry.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians on mitigation projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely and according to SOPs.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service.
