Qualifications

• Must have advanced knowledge of wastewater treatment principles and practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and train operators and coordinate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead operator on shift, ensure proper process control and sample testing.
• Monitor plant data and operating conditions, take corrective actions.
• Maintain plant records and assist with safety and compliance tasks.
• Assist Chief Operator with special assignments and project work.
• Calibrate and maintain DO meters, pH meters, and lab equipment.
• Provide training and participate in safety assessments.
