Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combined with progressive wastewater operations experience.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring capabilities for staff development.
• Ability to develop and enforce operational procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule plant personnel; provide technical supervisory support.
• Plan and oversee in-service training; ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Coordinate operation of SCADA and CMMS; prepare reports and budgets.
• Serve as backup operator and on-call liaison for the Division; support audits.
